		<description>I think a leader has to know the technology is out there and they or their company should use it. But I don't necessarily think each individual absolutely has to be tech savvy to be a leader.

Leaders are often great at networking, so if they're not tech savvy they probably have a connection to someone who is. Then they can call in a favour or hire someone to figure out the technology for them.</description>

In response to the question you posted, I think being able to adapt to change is an intangible necessity in the professional world. Without being able to adapt and change, we will never be able to reach our full potential. If that means being able to utilize the various technological advances, then my response would be yes. I do think that leaders should be in some capacity, "Tech Savvy."
