		<description>There's a great point there about allowing people to play to their strengths. If, even in these challenging times, there's a way to create "projects" that leverage people's particular talents and produce measurable results, it benefits everyone. The results of the project give the employee something to put in their portfolio for their next role, and the leader succeeds in resuscitating productivity.</description>
