@ Ryan - Great site, I really like what you're doing over there. To answer you're question, Twitter has certainly been embraced by the spamming crowd - without a doubt. That being said, I do think it offers brands and companies a very direct reach with regard to their customers. Look at the role Twitter played with Motrin in regard to their advertising earlier this year...

While it's not the end all be all, it is a good way to track what;s being said about your company and if done properly, can have some marketing value. It will be interesting to see how the platform evolves over time.</description>

I have just recently launched a website, www.emergingtiro.com, and have been trying to reach my customers through this method.  It has worked, but I have yet to unleash it's full potential.

Also, how do you feel about twitter?  Although it does attract some interested users, I feel like it has become a spammers tool.</description>
